Statement on the use of live animals in teaching and training
An essential part of teaching and training are high-quality practical classes where the course participants learn to develop a high standard of working with live animals: This will secure that humane handling and restraint, proper injection techniques, administration methods and blood sampling, and proper anaesthesia and euthanasia will also be executed later in practice at the institutes where the experimental work is performed
